Welcome to Replady, a platform that connects users with service providers who can offer various types of repair services. By accessing or using Replady, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Replady. 1. Use of Replady

You must be at least 18 years old to use Replady or have the permission of a legal guardian. You may use Replady to search for service providers and request repair services. You acknowledge that Replady does not provide repair services directly and that any contract for services is between you and the service provider.

2. User Account

To use some features of Replady, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information up-to-date. You agree to pay for any repair services you receive through Replady. Payment terms are between you and the service provider. Replady is not responsible for any disputes related to payment or refunds.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Replady to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity, or to interfere with the use of the platform by others. You may not use Replady to solicit personal information from others or to spam or harass other users.

6. Intellectual Property

Replady owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including its design, code, and content. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of Replady without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Replady is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. Replady does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform, nor does it endorse any service provider. Replady is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform or your reliance on any information provided on the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Replady and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
